I turned a recurring approval problem into a working product.

Discovery calls with Indian PSU banks and government organizations revealed a recurring approval problem. I translated it into a PRD, then vibe-coded Signet as a working product.

The live application uses the product label “Signet by Svaia”; this case study refers to the product as Signet.

The pattern behind the product.

In conversations with several Indian PSU banks and other government organizations, I kept hearing a version of the same problem: important documents move from one official to another, while the approval trail is spread across paper, email, and disconnected systems. These teams were actively exploring how to digitize that flow.

The speed came from product clarity. Once the problem, actors, states, rules, and decision trail were explicit, vibe coding became a fast way to turn the PRD into something concrete and testable.
